You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

4. Payment Terms

Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If there's an error in the price of a product you've ordered, we'll inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we can't contact you, the order will be cancelled, and all amounts paid will be reimbursed. When making a purchase, you agree to provide a valid payment method. The total price may include taxes, fees, and shipping costs. Chidima Dezigns does not store your financial details. If you pay with a debit or credit card, we may obtain a pre-authorization from the card issuer for up to the full amount.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate.

Chidima Dezigns does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
