SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time: Orders take approximately 3-5 business days to process under normal conditions. We will notify you if there will be a delay.

To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your address and entire order carefully before you check out.

Local Pick Up

If you live in the Ottawa/Gatineau area, we are happy to offer the option of local porch pick up in Old Ottawa South or a predetermined place and time. We offer free delivery in Ottawa for orders over $75. We deliver on the weekend for orders placed by Wednesday. We will send you an email with the details once your order is ready.

Shipping Within Canada

We use Canada Post regular mail shipment which does not include liability coverage. If you wish to include coverage, kindly contact us before placing your order. We are happy to offer FREE shipping on orders in Canada over $100. We are looking into other local couriers.

The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Generally, orders within Canada can expect delivery within 3-5 business days. Please note that these time frames are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

US Orders

We ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Your shipment should arrive within 4 to 7 days after it has been shipped. We provide a tracking number once your order is shipped. Buyer is responsible for any additional tax, duty fees or charges generated by importing to USA.

International Orders

At this time our website does not process orders outside of Canada and the US. If you are interested in trying our products, please send us an email at chidimadezigns@gmail.com We would love to hear from you.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours. We cannot guarantee any cancellations after 48 hours.

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty we will immediately replace the goods, but you must either email at chidimadezigns@gmail.com or call us at 613 797-3031 within 7 days of receiving your order.

The cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility. Your card will be refunded on receipt of the goods. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.

If we send the wrong product in error, we take full responsibility and will pay for return shipping and re-shipping of the correct order.

Packages returned due to the customer providing incorrect address will be reshipped at customer expense.
