REFUND POLICY

Disclaimer

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at chidimadezigns@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or an alternative, send us an email at chidimadezigns@gmail.com and send your item to: Chidima Dezigns, 124 Glen Avenue, Ottawa, ON, K1S 3A2, Canada.

Packages returned due to customer providing an incorrect address will be reshipped at customer expense.

If a shipment is undeliverable or rejected by the customer for any reason, we will deduct from any refunds all shipping and handling charges Chidima Dezigns incurred to ship.

If we send the wrong product in error, we take full responsibility and will pay for return shipping and re-shipping of the correct order.

Please Note:  For orders that qualified for free shipping, we will deduct from your refund all shipping and handling charges Chidima Dezigns incurred to ship the order to you.  Notably, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated for the return of their unsatisfied purchase.

Duties & Other Fees

All packages shipped internationally may incur duties or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Any such charges, if incurred, are the responsibility of the customer.  Chidima Dezigns cannot provide estimates on duties.  Other countries (outside Canada) may charge duties, tariffs, VAT's, and other potential fees specific to your country. These charges are to be paid by the customer, even if you refuse any shipment upon delivery. Please check with your customs office for more information about potential fees and charges.  Additionally, please note, Chidima Dezigns is not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, nor lost, damaged or confiscated packages on route.
